FindMyInvoice Privacy Policy

Last Revised: May 7, 2019

We at Cabsolutely, Inc. dba FindMyInvoice (“FindMyInvoice”, “FMI”,  “we”, or “us”) believe that your privacy is a fundamental right. We have written this privacy policy (this “Policy”) to reflect our values, and to clearly describe what information we collect from you when you use the FindMyInvoice Chrome extension (the “Extension”) or the website www.findmyinvoice.com  (the “Site”), as well as how we protect and use that information. By using the Extension or visiting the Site, you agree that we can collect, use, disclose, and process your information as described in this Policy. This Policy only applies to the Extension and the Site, and not to any other websites, products or services you may be able to access or link to via the Extension or the Site. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any other websites you visit before providing your information to them.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page, send an email notifying you of any changes, and/or update the Policy revision date above. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change.

Information We Do Collect

If you sign up for a FindMyInvoice account with the “Sign in with Google” button, we will, as part of providing the Extension to you, be able to access your email and profile information, read your emails and manage your Google Drive. We use your email and profile information to identify you as the FindMyInvoice user; we strictly only access your emails in relation to recognizing invoices and other matching items; and we only access your Google Drive in relation to saving your recognized or marked invoices and matching items to a dedicated folder. Once an email is recognized by us or marked by you, we securely store the sender email addresses, sender names, subject lines, email previews, email identification numbers and whether or not there was an attachment of emails as well as the direct link to the saved attachment on your cloud storage.

If you grant access to FindMyInvoice to your Dropbox account with the “Connect Dropbox account” button, we will, as part of the extension functionality, only access your Dropbox account in relation to saving your recognized or marked invoices and matching items to a dedicated folder (“Apps/FindMyInvoice”). FindMyInvoice can not access or modify any other folders in your Dropbox account.

We collect basic analytics and log information when you use the Extension or access the Site. This sort of information may be collected from third-party providers like Google Analytics, and includes, among other things, the type of device you use, access times, IP address, hardware model, operating system and version, and other unique device identifiers. Some of these third-party providers may place cookies - small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory - on your browser or hard drive. Note that this Policy does not cover the use of cookies by such third parties. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default, but you can usually set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. If you do choose to remove or reject cookies, however, your ability to use the Extension might be affected.

We will create aggregations and anonymizations that contain your information in a way which does not directly identify you. We may use those aggregations and anonymizations for a variety of purposes related to the Extension, the Site, or our company and its business in compliance with Google's requirements for Limited Use as stated in "Additional Requirements for Restricted Scopes".
